Pr. Cláudio C. Barrozo

He is a writer, integrative systemic therapist, and speaker with extensive experience in developing leaders and teams, both in business and ecclesiastical contexts. His academic background covers various fields of knowledge, providing a solid foundation for his integrative and strategic approach. He is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Archeology, History, and Biblical Interpretation at UNASP and holds a postgraduate degree in Neurosciences and Behavior from PUC-RS. Additionally, he has a bachelor's degree in Theology from STBSB/FABAT, with specializations in Leadership from Haggai Institute (Hawaii, USA), Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence from PUC-RS, Psychosomatic Therapy from IBRACS, and International Marketing from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. His technical education also includes a course in Accounting Technician from ABEU.

 

In the ecclesiastical field, Pastor Cláudio Barrozo has held the position of Senior Pastor at the First Baptist Church of Belford Roxo since 1999, where he dedicates himself to pastoring and training believers to fulfill the church’s complete mission. His pastoral ministry is marked by a direct and rational approach, using clear language that encourages reflection and conscious decision-making. He also has a long history of teaching and leadership training, having served as General Director and Professor of Ecclesiastical Administration at the Baptist Theological Seminary of Belford Roxo. Furthermore, he has served as Assistant Editorial Coordinator and Editor of the Sunday School Journal (EBD) and as a writer for JUERP Publisher. His international experience includes leading leadership training in India, where he shared his strategic and practical approach with local leaders. Additionally, he mentored leaders and businesspeople virtually for two years. In Brazil, Pastor Cláudio Barrozo also hosted a daily program on a Christian radio station for two years, reaching a wide audience and providing teachings on leadership, faith, and personal development.

In the business field, he has accumulated vast management experience, having been the director of companies in the chemical industrial and advertising sectors, as well as holding positions such as General Manager of Comercial Exportadora, General Manager of a furniture industry, and Export Manager.

He is married to Flávia and is the father of Ariadne, Natália, and Beatriz. His hobby is spearfishing, and he is passionate about nature.
